TOURISM ENHANCEMENT GRANT
In January, 2012, the Town of Mayerthorpe gave approval for a “Tourism Enhancement Grant”. Money has been allocated for community groups and individual entrepreneurs who are developing a tourism-related project that would benefit Mayerthorpe and area. Money can be made available for advertising, for events, and for up-grading structures such as fences and bleachers that are used for the benefit of the community or for other events.
